I am a 66 year old male that is in good health. This morning I woke up at 3:15 with knee pain. The joint is very swollen, hot and sore. I have not injured it, nor over done any activity that would explain this issue.
I have had gout several times over the last 3 or 4 years. Is it possible that I am suffering a gout attack?
