Hello Dr., I Am A Clinical Psychologist Who Recently Quit

Hello Dr., I am a clinical psychologist who recently quit the hospital I was working for as a Director due to stress and I didn't agree with how the hospital treated their mentally ill patients. Since my absence from work, I have lost all interest in pursuing another job, I am no longer interested in being a psychologist and generally have no interest in much other than trying to catch up on sleep and take time off. Am I depressed? I have no illness other than asthma which is not doing well, part of my job was talking a lot which was always difficult for me to do. I find myself tearful. I am a 40 year old female, married in a great marriage, no children.
