Hello Dr, I Am Alergic To Iodine And Was In

Hello Dr, I am alergic to Iodine and was in a seafood restautant last night which have resulted in a skin reaction and luckly it did not effect my chest however I have taken a Celestamine early this morning however the skin irritation is still there and my eys remain puffy, can I take another Celestamine or what else can I do, thanks if you can assist
