Hello Dr. I Am Currently Taking 10 Mg Of Buspar
Hello Dr.
I am currently taking 10 mg of Buspar twice a day for mild anxiety due to serious family issues and major stress. I am a 55 year old male. I also take 10 mg of Ambien for sleep, but lately it only gets me about 3-4 hours of sleep. Is it okay to take some benadryl with it 1 hour before bedtime. I have taken benadryl before and am not allergic to any medications. I was hoping that the benadryl might add some time to my selep cycle maybe 6-8 hours.
