Hello Dr. I Had A Cesarean Delivery On 18 Jul

Hello Dr. I had a cesarean delivery on 18 Jul 2015. From 28 Jul 2015 I am having bleeding either from Clitoris or Urethra but definitely not from Vegina. Its a painless bleeding so I dont even get to know what time it bleeds. My UTI and ultrasound all shows normal results. Everything else is fine otherwise.

Kindly suggest, what could be the possible reasons and what should be the course of action.
