Hello Dr. I Had A Preterm Labor At About 24

Hello Dr. I had a preterm labor at about 24 weeks.i lost my baby.after a vaginal swab i was told i had ureaplasma. I had azitro, tetradox, doxyclin, pristinamycin, josamycin, many courses after antibiogram. But still positive.my husband tested negative after doxyclin. We Never had sex after then. What can i do more? And Can i have a new pregnancy with positive ureaplasma?
