Hello!? Dr... I Had Unprotected Sex Last Week, In Three

Hello!? Dr... I had unprotected sex last week, in three days time I noticed a few changes like pain when urinating and then later some yellowish discharge. Ran to some Pharmacy, there I got an S.T.D pack that encompasses a single dose of Afloxacine something like that 500 mg which to take that instance and Doxicycline 100 mg 1 capsule 12 hourly. I felt like the pain minimized and the discharge is not that severe, initially after the single dose I didnt experience any pain and/or discharge but after considerable hours i saw discharges and a bit of pain. My main point is what are the signs of recovery...
