Hello Dr I Have 3 Ceaserian Kids One Is A

Hello Dr I have 3 ceaserian kids one is a 5 month breastfeeding feeding baby my menstrual period is 25 days but at present 1 month have passed but still menstrual cycle not occurred. I consulted doctor as now I don't won't any more pregnancy prescribed me deviry 10 for 5 day's. ....pregnancy during doctor visit was not detected but as menstrual cycle not occurred I m worried I might b pregnant. ...plz suggest deviry 10 can be taken or will side effects my health.Thank You
