I have a small somewhat hard lump in my pubic area near the base of the shaft of my penis. i thought it was an ingrown hair, so I plucked the hairs near it. However, the lump just shifter a bit to the left. A tiny amount of pus has come out of it, but not much. I am sexually active but I do not believe this is an STD as i have only had sex with 3 women. It is not painful in any way unless I squeeze it. Also it is slightly red in color, and about half the size of a pea. It does not leak any fluid and it is not open. The skin immediately on it does seem to be a bit dry.
