Hello Dr. I have an enlarged prostate and have been taking 4mg tamsulosin for about 1.5 years. the symptoms got better about 6 mo. ago and I even stopped taking the Med, but then the symptoms came back and the doctor told me to take two a day, but it seems that they are not helping like before. I drive a lot.
do certain foods or liquids make worse?
