Hello Dr, I Have Got Few Dark Sports On My

Hello Dr, I have got few dark sports on my both cheeks and on my nose too and since 2 days I have been using hhlite cream as recommended my the Dr along with a sunblock cream 'suncros aquagel'.
Ever since I used hhlite cream I have got no irritation and my dark spots have become red. I just want to know whether its am improving sign or any side effects.
