Hello Dr. I Have Had A Feeling Of A Lump

Hello Dr.

I have had a feeling of a lump or a hair stuck in my throat or at the very back of my tongue for about a week. I have put a finger to the back of my throat to see if I can retrieve anything but there is nothing there. So I have left it alone for a few days now but the feeling is getting worse. today, the sensation of hair in my throat caused me to vomit several times And even breathing in through my mouth is making me vomit.
I have no other symptoms.
