Hello Dr., I Have Had Tinea Crursis Off-and-on For Over

Hello Dr.,

I have had tinea crursis off-and-on for over 10 years. I have treated the fungus with many type of creams prescribed by dermatologist, but with little success.
I am now taking terbinafine (2 weeks for of medication), and using a cream that contains miconazole nitrate with hydrocortisone. The rash is much better.

I noticed that under dim light the rash looks darker, than under a bright light.

How long does it take the tinea crursis rash to fade?
