Why Would I Get Heavy Bleeding After Taking Postinor Twice Followed By A Missed Period When The Pregnancy Result Was Positive?

Hello Dr. I last had my periods on 25 February took the postinor during ovulation in March, after aweek took another postinor missed my periods in March took a home test and it was positive on waiting to see the doctor on 7th April gotten heavy bleeding. what is the issue am I pregnant or not
