Am I Pregnant Or Not, Considering I Took Two Doses Of Postinor, Missed My Period And Am Now Experiencing Heavy Bleeding?

Hello Dr. I last had my periods on 25 February took the postinor during ovulation in March, after aweek took another postinor missed my periods in March took a home test and it was positive on waiting to see the doctor on 7th April gotten heavy bleeding. what is the issue am I pregnant or not
