Hello Dr. I M 22 Yrs Old. Suffering From High

Hello Dr.
I m 22 yrs old. Suffering from high hair fall n scared of getting bald soon. Already a I got a clear curve on my head where there are no hairs now. Plus dandruff and some acne sort of thing on forehead and adjoining hair boundary causing itching. Is there any way except transplant to get hairs back if there please suggest me ways to increase hair density and how i can get hair on those lost curves.
