Hello Dr.. I M Chitra 31years Old Height 5'6" Weight

Hello Dr..
I m chitra 31years old height 5'6" weight 49.8kg ..and completed 11 months of wedding..my husband is a police cop..
We both are trying to have a baby from last 6 months.. but no results..
Blood test normal...sonography normal...
I have intestinal swelling..
I have taken ecobion tablets fr 2 months
bplex forte fr 1 month
Due to my hubby job.. we are shifted to a vvillage..no proper diagnosis available here..
Problems..
1. I am underweight and very weak..
So how can i conceive..
2. I have taken ecoprot protein powder but I was unable to digest it... constipation occurs.
3. Always have Stomach upset..
4. From today I am going to take 5 days tablet a diva and polygon czs.

Now questions..
How can i conceive.
Plz suggest me nutritious diet plan when what and how much to eat..
Are the above mentioned tablets are beneficial..
Should I still take ecobion (prebiotic and postbiotic) tablet..
