Hello Dr, I Need An Advice, I Had Han Ectopic

Hello Dr,
I need an advice, i had han ectopic pregnancy, that was live sac with beta hcg 5000, dr gave me methotrexate but after 1 week hcg was 7000, they gave me 2nd shot after 1 week beta hcg was quite low now after 1 month hcg is 0.
but the problem is there is mass in my tube and size is 5cm, but i don't feel any pain or constipation nothing, my periods didn't come, dr told me to wait, plz tell me ia it safe to wait for more 1 month? is there any risk factor, kindly help me out what to do this ia my 2nd extopic i lost my left tube 3 years back.plz help me out
