Hello Dr. I Was Bitten On The Leg By A

Hello Dr. I was bitten on the leg by a stray dog i m not sur if he's infected or not.. I went to the nearest hospital and was given the anti rabies and tetenus shot. There is blood oozing. However i was told that the wound needed to kept open & no antibiotics have been given. I have to do the 0,3 .... course. I wanted to know after completing the course what are the chances of getting rabies. Will v still get rabbies if we have taken the full course? There blood oozed for the first day but from day 2 it's relatively less. Also the area is numb there is slight sensation not not as normal. What needs to done after completing the course?
