Hello Dr.,
I work as a nanny . Last Thursday one of the kids came home with a stomach bug that lasted for one day with vomitting. I got it on Saturday where I felt weak and I vomitted all that I ate for the day. However since Saturday I was constipated. Yesterday I took something and was able to go the bathroom. However today I am still vomitting and I have no appetite
