Hello Dr. Kondekar, My 7 Month Old Daughter, Weights 7

Hello Dr. Kondekar, my 7 month old daughter, weights 7 kg is having cold. Ped prescribed ambrolite-D and honetose syrup. I started it this afternoon with 2.5ml of both. Now, she is running 101+ fever. So I have given her 1ml crocin. Can I give her ambrolite second dose as well now.
