Hello Dr.! My 8 Year Old Daughter Is Having A

Hello Dr.! My 8 year old daughter is having a swelling on her nose which is very painful. It looks like a boil inside her nostril. What could be the reason for this boil and should I consult an ENT specialist or a Dermatologist. She is in lot of pain. Is there anything I can do to ease her pain in the meantime.
