My child had colds since Tuesday, and yesterday morning she had a low fever, but during the day, she didn't showed any weaknesses, she played all afternoon. At night, she had fever again and she complains about muscle and joint pains. She also vomitted twice after taking her meds. Same situation until Sunday morning and this afternoon, she complained about her mouth, when I checked on it, there was a sore in her tongue. Can you help me with this? Thank you!
