Hello Dr. My Child Is 5 Years Old And Since

Hello Dr. My child is 5 years old and since 3 days he is coughing more at midnight and early morning due to cold weather. Started giving monteir 4mg at night and nebulize with normal saline and budacort 2 times a day since yesterday. Is anything needs to be given....did not took him to Dr. Yet but giving only those medicines which our pediatrician prescribed earlier for the same problem. Should i start Ventorlin syrup with any antiallergic kindly suggest???
