Hello Dr. My Grand Son (10 Months Old) Cesarean Birth

Hello Dr. My grand son (10 months Old) Cesarean birth , baby was normal for the first 5 days after delivery.

Diagnosis: 1)     Clinical Sepsis / Neonatal Convulsion / Hyper Bilirubinemia
                Neonatal Hypo glycaemic Encephalopathy / Micro- cephaly /
                Delayed milestone.

          2)     Head     Circumference:
               At Birth -      33.5 cm
               2 months -      34 cm
3 months -      35 cm
4 months -      35 cm
6 months -     37.5 cm
9 months -     39.5 cm

3)      MRI BRAIN on 13.10.2014 – Age of the Baby - 7 days
*     Large acute to sub acute infercts in occipital, occipito- parietal, occipito- temporal regions on both sides.
          4)     MRI BRAIN on 01/12/2014 – Age of the Baby - 56 days
*     Gliosis in occipital, occipito- parietal, posterior parietal regions on both sides.
*     Narrow and poorly visualized posterior cerebral arteries on both sides.
*     Normal appearance of all the other intracranial arteries.
*     Normal cerebral MR venography.
Medicines:
               Syp. Eptoin – 1.2 ml bd till 6 months.
               Tab. Gardinol -- 10 mg bd till 7 months.
               Syp. Levipill -- 1 ml bd is still continued.

Now the Dr. says he has problem in the vision. still he does nt sit, stand, no social smile. we are worried about him.
