Hello Dr. My Sister's Cardiologist Said That Her Heart Ultrasound

Hello Dr.
My sister's cardiologist said that her heart ultrasound shows dark spot which might be a sign of heart attack. Now she wants do an angiogram to check for blockages. Before having that done:
a) Can I go for a second opinion
b) Can I request a second ultrasound to confirm the result before getting the angiogram procedure?
