Hello Dr. My Wife Had An Abortion At 20th Week

My wife had an abortion at 20th week as the feutus was diagnosed with Edwards syndrome. After the abortion we took 6 months gap before trying again for a baby. But now she is not conceiving. Its been 5 months we were continuously trying. We have done all check ups with our doctor and found to be normal in all aspects. ( Ovarian scanning done. Everything was normal. Only minor problem our doctor noticed was in my semen analysis where the liquification time was lil more. Medicines were prescribed for that. ) I want to know, if this is a normal case or do we need to consult some other doctors for detailed check up.
