Hello Dr. My Wife Has Some Blister Like Rash Breaking

Hello Dr. My wife has some blister like rash breaking out on her she says they itch . It began about 3days ago ! Started with a couple blisters that have grown to about 8cm.has a line of these on the inside upper thigh . And some scattered around her neck and wrist . Looks a little like shingles to me but not all red !
