Hello Dr. My Wife Is 11.5 Weeks Pregnant, In The

Hello Dr. My wife is 11.5 weeks pregnant, in the last 2 Ultra sound we had, we were told that the yolk sac has increased in size from 5.5 to now 9.0mm. Baby's heart rate is around 170 and we were told everything looks normal. we are now bit worried about this enlarged yolk sac and Chromosomal abnormalities.
would really appreciate any advise
