Hello Dr. My Wife Is Pregnant Nd Detected Wid Gestational

Hello Dr.
My wife is pregnant nd detected wid gestational diabetes.
Recntly tested wid fasting glucose 111 nd post lunch 202..
She is 6.5 mnths pregnant wid normal bp nd 74 weight. Age 29..

She is currently doing pranayam yoga daily walk of 3 km and good healthy diet. Currently taking ayurvedic jambul ark too..
Dr, i want to ask weather 30 /40 points more glucose will be harmul to baby nd does she need to take insulin shots anyways...
