Hello Dr, My Wife Recently Tested Thyroid And The Result

Hello Dr, My wife recently tested Thyroid and the result is T3 and T4 is normal TSH is high.
T3- 112
T4 - 8.5
TSH - 7.39

she is 26yrs old
Is there any problem for pregnant and any other problem??
What is medication to control and make normal ?
