We are planning pregnancy this month. I had operation to remove dermoid cyst and as it turned out endometriosis 1.5 months ago. I have 4 mm gallbladder polyp. Can you please advise me if I need to detox my body before pregnancy and how, as well as how to have a healthy pregnancy? I am 34, this will be my second pregnancy.
