Hello, Dr. Rynne. I Was Recently In Croatia And And

Hello, Dr. Rynne. I was recently in Croatia and and given a small container of St. John Wort cream but not any indication of what it might be used for. I was also given a container of Immortelle (Helichrysum italicum) but I know what it's reputedly good for.
Both flowers are grown by the person who gave me the creams without any chemicals. And no chemicals are added to the preparations.
Anything you can tell me would be very much appreciated.
