Hello Dr. Rynne, im holistic nutritionist student and i have a client who suffers from depression. She takes parnate (tranylcypromine} and has seasonal allergies for which she takes antihitamines. through my reaseach i found that parnate and certain type of antihistamines doesnt work well together. I can definitely support her allergies with food. my question would be , Yuka wants to know what food is she ok eating to encouradge weight loss? i have a list of foods that are prohibited while on parnate. tnk you.
