Hello Dr. Rynne, My Daughter Is 19 Years Old And

Hello Dr. Rynne, my daughter is 19 years old and has pneumonia, and i was wondering why she was bleeding from her nose. Does that happen at all from pneumonia? Because she lives in India where there is a virus going on, and i want to know if she has the virus, or just a normal fever or pneumonia.
