Hello Dr. Siegel, I Fell And Injured My Left Chest

Hello Dr. Siegel, I fell and injured my left chest cavity roughly three weeks ago. I went to a walk-in center a few days after when I simply couldn't take the discomfort any longer. The doc did an x-ray and said it was probably a bad bruise - pure agony when coughing/sneezing/laughing/sleeping.

I sneezed or coughed (I can't remember which) and I felt the most horrible POP in the injured area. Immediately, I was shocked stiff with pain and the sharpest pain imaginable... from that point on, I've had excruciating pain - sharp, and pressure, in that area (directly under my left breast)....

I don't want to be one of those people that rush to the ER, but it is not getting better and I don't know what to do!
