Hello Dr. Siegel, I Was Dancing Salsa Last Saturday When

Hello Dr. Siegel,

I was dancing salsa last Saturday when my left heel clipped my right toe, lifting the toenail off the bed. It did not come off around the cuticle. I still feel a bit of numbness, and there is still bruising at the cuticle, but today I noticed that it is oozing clear liquid under the nail. Advice on care and/or whether I should see a doctor is appreciated.
