Hello Dr Sumit,
My 8 yr old daughter often had left ear infection (with very stinky pus). She gets such infections almost twice a year mainly during monsoons. This time an ENT recommended having an Aural swab culture test done and the lab report shows heavy growth of Citrobacter Koseri. Can you please share if this ear infection is in anyway serious and can be treated permanently? What antibiotic do you recommend.
My Daughter's is 8 yrs old and her weight is 32Kgs
