We would like to know the treatment for my wife who has had exposure to fresh vegetables in guatemala and wants to take praziquantel to eliminate possible worms/ liver flukes .. her question is when we lived in mexico we used to take a 20mg/kg dosis one time for one day.. now we see under dosis that they recommend to take the 20mg/kg 2 times a day... is this much necessary?
