i am struggling with severe sinus problem for past 5 yrs....
my report shows that
Deviation of nasal septum to left bony spur impinging left
Right module ad inferior turbinate hypertrophy
Right maxillary sinus polyp
severe left maxillary sinusitis
sphenoid sinusitis i this case should i go for surgery or is it curable with medicines?
could u guide me please?
