Hello Dr, i have done IVF tratment . My LMP was 10 jan and ET was done on 28 jan. Due given as 15/10/15 however as Lique volume is measure as less AFI 8.9 CM , it shows grade III maturity. no praevia seen. cervical OS and canal closed Cervix measure as 3.o cm, normal fatal activity. a single loose nuchal loop of card is seen. both uterine arterise reveral low resistance pattern of flow. no diastolic notching is seen early absent end disastolic flow is seenin the umblical artery at this stage. MCA reveal incresed flow (head sparing effect),this was show in last report done on 25 sept yesterday. pls guide at what stage we should go for C-section. Can we wait till 2 oct or it shold done earlier i.e. 30 sept . it is serious matter . is baby ok. plzz guide.
