Hello Dr, My Mother 55 Yrs Old, Having High Bp

Hello Dr, my mother 55 yrs old, having high bp and sugar, readings 160/100 and HBA1C 9.28, advised to take Galvus met 50/1000 twice in a day and Telday h 40 mg once. Its been 3 days and she is having gastric problem , weakness and slight pain at back , arms. Now her bp reading is 123/78. kindly advise
