Hello Dr, My Wife Is 13 Weeks Pregnant And 2

Hello Dr, my wife is 13 weeks pregnant and 2 days back she had vaginal spotting (2-3 drops) i did usg then which showed low lying placenta 0.5cm from os,posteriorly. She was given 250mg luteon depot and told to take progesterone sr 300mg daily till 20 weeks,so is she fine? she is also having persistent back pain,is it natural? Told to take shelcalhd tab daily... please guide me...
