Hello Dr We Tried For Baby For The Last 2

Hello Dr
we tried for baby for the last 2 years but did not work out. I took seman analysis and found my motile sperms are in less number.I am taking paternia plus tablet and found my count has increased. It was 64mil last time with 35% motile.As tested last time found my progressive motility is quite low. Advice me for improving motile sperms and I want my wife to get pregnant without any treatments.
