Hello Dr...My Son Is Having Throat Infection. Dr. Has Advised

Hello Dr...My son is having throat infection. Dr. has advised to take Augmentine DDS syrup 2.5 ml twice daily along with Flexon sos basis, Junior Lanzol and Atarex syrup but even after taking two days fever is still catching my son..should we continue this medicine for 7 days or get him examined again by the doctor. i am very worried. Kindly advice.
