Dull knawing pain under right rib cage, radiating to center of the chest. Pain radiates to the right side and lower to the belly button. I feel dizzy after I eat.. am burping even on an empty stomach... is this gall bladder or is it pancrease problems... Family has a history of panceatic cancer. Both an Aunt and Cousin on my mother side.
