Hello! During period days my milk supply drops. Is it safe to consume Lactare tablets to increase supply? If yes what is the dosage I should take? How long can I consume it? I plan to feed my baby till 2 yrs of age. She is 1 yr old now. I get my periods roughly once in 2 months. I have PCOS.
