I am 23 yr old , in my mouth front upper teeths all are coming outside , when i closed my mouth nothing but when i opened my mouth im looking little bit different i am feeling very bad of this, beacuse of those teeth my jaw didnt come front , at this age im feeling very bad plzz any one help me..
