Hello. Finally heading to the doct9rs tomorrow. Two weeks ago..fell off my bike hard onto my left knee.twisti g motion. Twelve hours later into the night hours couldn't bear weight for five days. Then..better..now two weeks on very tender spots left side of knee..again limping when walking or stairs and almost like a sciatic pain constant from foot to knee up the shin buttocks and thigh. Knee feels thick heavy sore full. Hmmmm?
