Hello. For About 2 Weeks Now I Have Had A

Hello. For about 2 weeks now I have had a dull ache with occasional cramping in the upper left quadrant of the stomach area, right below ribs. I drink lots of water daily, but lately I've been dealing with a lot of constipation also. Upped my fiber intake, but the uncomfortableness in my upper stomach area is still there, with no nausea. I am a 57 yr. old female.
